Why  and  how  are  children  recruited  into  wars?  What  happens  to  them  in  war?  What  changes  and  how  do  we  rehabilitate  them  to  ‘normalcy’?  Is  there  even  normal  with  child  solders?

How  are  they  handled?  We  have  Dumebi  Oloo  a  humanitarian  lawyer  who  works  directly  with  wars  across  different  Eastern  Africa  countries,  from  courts  to  rehabilitation  to  living  with  them.  What  does  it  take  to  be  one?
