Cannabis  sativa  (commonly  known  as  bhang)  is  illegal  under  the  Narcotic  Drugs  and  Psychotropic  Substances  (Control)  Act,  1994.  This  is  us  inviting  experts  to  share  their  view  in  the  drug,  economically,  socially,  healthwise  and  everything  in  between.  We  seek  to  hear,  understand  why  things  are  the  way  they  are!
