Election  Conference  has  been  the  turning  point  for  leadership  in  AIESEC  In  University  of  Nairobi  for  generations  of  AIESECers.  It  is  an  annual  conference  held  in  October  that  determines  the  incoming  vice  presidents  of  the  AIESEC  In  University  of  Nairobi  local  chapter.  After  a  series  of  speeches  and  strategy-delivering  sessions,  the  applicants  would  then  proceed  to  have  their  leadership  capability  assessed  by  the  members  present  and,  if  satisfactory,  would  be  voted  in.
