Ministry  of  Information  and  Communication  Technology  (MICT)  has  initiated  first  annual  Somaliland  ICT  Conference  (SLICTC  2019).
The  SLICTC  2019  was  an  opportunity  to  bring  together  Somaliland  Government,  ICT  professionals,  academics,  policy  makers,  educational  institutions,  telecommunication  companies,  and  ICT  businesses.  It  facilitated  discussion  on  how  the  ICT  sector  can  be  improved  in  order  to  create  an  enabling  environment  that  can  build  appropriate  sustainable  solutions  for  long-term  nation
