OTAMATSURI  is  an  annual  anime,  manga  and  multi-entertainment  event  that  celebrates  of  all  aspects  of  Japanese  and  Asian  pop  culture:  movies,  TV  shows,  music,  gaming,  tech,  performances,  merchandise  and  more!  It's  the  only  event  of  its  kind  in  Africa.
