Nairobi  by  Design  is  an  urban  literacy  movement  built  around  architectural  and  urban  guided  tours  of  Nairobi.  Each  tour  takes  a  different  lens  to  the  built  environment  —  unpacking  how  the  city  was  designed,  by  whom,  for  whom,  and  what  that  means  for  the  Nairobi  we  inhabit  today.
We  cover  power  and  governance,  heritage  architecture,  colonial  and  post-colonial  planning,  informality,  and  the  everyday  urbanism  that  shapes  Nairobi  by  Walking  through  the  CBD  and  having  this  discussions.
