The  2026  Career  and  Mentorship  Forum  ,  themed  “Youth  in  Diplomacy:  Creating  Pathways  for  Sustainable  Inclusion,”  will  take  place  on  13th  March  2026  from  8:30  AM  to  4:30  PM  at  the  CUEA  Auditorium,  Karen,  Nairobi.  Convening  approximately  500  students,  early-career  professionals,  diplomats,  policymakers,  scholars,  and  development  partners,  the  Forum  seeks  to  bridge  the  practice,  network,  and  pathway  gaps  that  limit  youth  participation  in  diplomacy  and  global  affairs.
